I have always had headaches and after several tests, an eye glass was recommended.
I had the glasses now but not used to wearing it always. The headache keeps coming back but when I put on the glasses, just like majic, in a few minutes, I become very fine.
I can't keep wearing glasses all the time, can I? I used to laugh at five members of my family because they are always on glasses. In short when Dad died, at his burial a family friend foolishly asked if we made sure we wore our Dad his glasses. Hahaha.
Please, is there someone who can tell something else I can do so as not to wear it always but have my ache gone? @nairadaddy?

The glasses are a way to correct your ocular defect. You could go for corrective contact lens if you prefer not to wear glasses.
