Peeling Potatoes in Puno
I took buses all over South America. Out of all wherever I ended up - I think Puno is one of the dumpiest places. Maybe it's just poor but it looks like a demilitarized zone or whatever. It's dirty. Sketchy. But I still walked around town sampling every street food I can find from random vendors.
These two are peeling potatoes to serve with a boiled egg and meat dish with a green sauce. It was yummy and the best part...I didn't get diarrhea!
