'Chicken Curry'
Bahan:
1 ekor ayam
1kg kentang (potonh bagi 4, lalu goreng sebentar)
500ml santan kelapa (1 buah kelapa parut)
20 siung bawang merah
50gr cabe kriting
50gr cabe rawit
25gr cabe kering
10 buah kemiri
1sdm biji ketumbar
1/2 sdt adas manis
1 ruas kunyit
Garam secukupnya
Cara:
Blender semua bumbu dengan sedikit air. Lalu tumis dengan api kecil hingga kering. Lalu beri minyak.
Oseng2 hingga harum.
Masukkan ayam, oseng hingga bumbu meresap.
Masukkan air.
Rebus hingga ayam lunak.
Lalu masukkan kentang.
Rebus hingga kentang lunak.
Lalu beri santan.
Didihkan sebentar dan sajikan
