My Fathers Hands

My Fathers Hands: graphite on paper.
This is a drawing of my father's hands; hands which have gracefully given me a full life to which I am truly greatful for. These hands worked themselves to the bone so they could provide. My father was a very talented construction worker for many years. His hands are worn with each callous representing years of hard work.
