Dear Steemit Community

Win time ,Consultant, business creator or SME manager, you all face the same problems:

too much information to read, process, classify, organize;
too many tools and software (not always connected) to master;
too many contacts or events, real or virtual, to enter or maintain in good time;
not enough time to manage everything effectively;
not enough knowledge to find, test and use new 2.0 tools;
not enough resources to analyze your strategy, your organization or boost your customer relationships;
not enough time / resources / etc. to organize an effective watch and ensure a follow-up of your e-reputation and your competitors.
However, there is a whole panoply of tools that can save you time, help you better organize your work, synchronize your information, manage your contacts, automate your competitive intelligence, and monitor the progress of your presence on the web, and much more.

Each task has its own tool

In 2021, I propose to present to you each month a selection of tools, grouped by category, according to their use and purpose:

search for information
organize information flows
organize notes and ideas
manage and share documents
collaborate & share information
communicate & take note
publish documents
organize surveys and polls
work on SEO
create your CV & profile online
manage your presence on social networks
etc. (it's up to you to develop this list)
My goal is certainly not to make an exhaustive list of all the existing tools - that would be tedious and annoying - but rather to present you with a selection of the best tools for each category.

Then all you have to do is test the ones that interest you and choose the ones that best meet your specific needs.
