Local weather failed to vibrate after updating the weather

Expected Behaviour
There should vibration when weather is been updated when vibration feature is switch on
Actual Behaviour
There is no vibration when weather is been updated when vibration feature is on
How to reproduce
Download the app from fdroid
Install and run the app
Allow the app to get your location
Click the 3 lines on the top left
Select settings
Then choose General setting
Enable Notification and Vibrate
Go and update or refresh the weather condition
.Browser: Your local weather v 3.1.7
.Operating System: Android 5.1

I was able to reproduce the bug on my 5.1 phone. As stated in the Utopian policies and guidelines:
You joined GitHub a month ago, but you didn't contribute to any repository. Furthermore, there was a meaningful bug that you found and was rewarded for, but even then you didn't submit issue in the relevant repository. Be advised that if you want to be eligible to reward from Utopian, you need to really contribute to the open source community. Posts on steemit alone are not enough. This is a "ripe" bug that will be useful to the PO, there was even a log provided by tobias-g - but you did nothing.
Before you submit your next bug, try and make a meaningful contribution, following the guidelines, in GitHub. Maybe in the post I mentioned?
