Cheap Matte Screen Protector For iPad Mini

In this video I unbox, affix and test a cheap matte screen protector for the iPad Mini 5.
People that use the Apple Pencil extensively on the iPad's glass screen love the PaperLike(TM) screen protector because it introduces the friction that makes it feel like writing/drawing on actual paper.
The on issue with PaperLike is the price, costing upwards of £20 for a sheet of plastic/tempered glass.
There are many alternatives with varying quality, but this was the cheapest one I could find on Amazon.
So, is it any good?
