Coffee For Lunch
How long before we have a Coffee tribe?
I spent the first half of today walking the streets of London grabbing footage for my vlogs. I have tomorrow off, so I will be editing tomorrow's #VEDA video tonight, so I can switch off tomorrow.
At lunch time I took a pit stop to refuel with a dose of black coffee. That's pretty much the only thing I drink these days. It's been over 5 years since I last had a drop of milk or pinch of sugar in my coffee. It's also the last time I had hay fever symptoms in Spring and Summer. That's not 100% proof that I was having more of a lactose issue, but I'm quite happy with the correlation - even if it's not the causation.
Like any addict worth their weight in salt, I'm very self-aware that it is an addiction. The drug is caffeine.
It is an addiction, however, with many benefits which, in my opinion, outweigh the bad. There's research that shows that regular drinkers of black coffee reduce their chance of certain types of cancer for instance. That definitely outweighs the browning of teeth it causes.
Peace and Love ✌🏿

Yes I think I already have some of that :)
Could be a correlation not a causation but whatever makes you feel better should be what you stick to.
Myself, I was brought up on black coffee and percolated too. I am not much of a coffee drinker these days and would never call it a drug. I prefer a cool glass of something unless it is just to be sociable.
I wonder if ice-cream triggers your allergies too? Hmmm
