Reclaiming The 9-5 Work Structure
I'm trying to reclaim that 9-5 structure this February. I've found that as human beings, we need structure. Leaving the 9-5 (6-8 in my case) corporate work structure behind was great, but I do miss the efficiency of the structured time.
Peace and Love ✌🏿

4! THE ANSWER IS 4! :D
LOL.
you are so freaking smart!
Yeah, mr. Tib. Yeah Science!
The brutal face of science hurts me every morning when I try to get up without aches in the back. I hate gravity... I think I need to do some sports...
As a Entrepreneur myself I can totally relate. And it is a more efficient way you talk about.
It affects most of us :)
Same here bro, If I don't structure myself I become a rolling stone, smoke weed all day and just play games...
What helps me is doing a list of my task for the next day, right before going to bed. There's a big satisfaction when crossing something on the to-do list.
Looking good as usual @adetorrent
OMG haha. I can just imagine.
Cool. We need to keep ourselves busy.
For sure
Yes we humans are weird. When we were employed, we were happy when we could work from home every now and then. We got so much more done!!
Now that we’re always working from home, we get nothing done!!

Lol, exactly
Good plan man :) Hope it works good for you and your success!
Today was successful, so seems like a good plan.
Keep it on!
;)
Great, is a very good idea. I missed structure as well in my past entrepreneur and this is something that I would do it differently next time. Enjoy the crowds that are launching on the same time 🤩

:) Yeah. haha. Thanks
Thanks for the post @adetorrent, we do need structure.
If we can't control our schedule, someone else is waiting to control it for us.
I will be joining you on this one.
Do you want to add 5:30 AM work out to the mix? 😀 .
Resteem later.
I am on that 4:30AM calisthenics routine booooooooooom !!! I start work at 7am until 15:30
It literally changed my life...
I am going to bed at 930pm like a biatch though...
Hahaha. Maybe I should try that.
Dude I swear, it's really difficult the first week and then it so easy. What I did is watching tons of motivational videos, to pump me up, and I realized that the common denominators of the successful people was time management.
Really, time is damn short, let's do the best of it, especially talented people like you should be front row all the time, I am dead serious I saw you in action...
😆 to 930pm.
That’s awesome 👏🏽 though, more strength to you bro. @edprivat
I really hope I can pull 5:30 off as I battle with insomnia.
How are my peeps in Jo’burg?

I was in Pretoria this morning and it smells like urine all around town, I waited 1 hour to catch a Uber and everbody was cancelling the request, because taxis try to murder Uber drivers and don't let them take customers (true story), so I went home and didn't manage to do what I was supposed to do I kid you not!!!! Joburg is way better :) and I managed to catch a Uber...
Some things never change, always in opposition to growth, I know them very well. Wonder who did the whole town this morning.
Checking out your page 😉

You can join me on Deliveroo Ade, doing 14 hours sitting on a bike, visiting London and earning for it Hah!
Haha, this struggle is way too real and familiar to me :) I often struggle to determine that particular "call it a day" moment. But even though I have been out of the "9-5 world" (it actually was 7-3 in my case) for long years and might thus be kind of tired of all that freedom, I think I will never go back to the office. Being a freelancer / digital nomad / whatever you call yourself is definitely not for everyone but I am still very grateful for everything this lifestyle gives me. Have a great and well-structured February, Ade! :)
