YOU ARE A LEADER.

Hi guys, I am @adesojisouljay, I want to share a discovery which reveals the missing link in every human on earth today. When I discovered this, I decided to make some adjustment, it created my vision, my mission, my goal, my pursuit in life.

'WHAT IS MISSING IN THE WORLD IS THE LACK OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF SELF LEADERSHIP'

My major assignment in life is to create a world where everyone is leading, each leader depends on the other leader for what each leader cannot produce and for what the other leader can produce. Then we can live in a world where everyone is able to produce something that will enhance their leadership.

I'll depend on you for your uniqueness and you'll depend on me for my uniqueness.

Where every human is valuable! We are returning value to humans! Living the life that was originally designed for us so we can have a balanced world.

In the scheme of life, we are all here to be leaders and dominators in our different territories of leadership.

The greatest weapon God gave you to lead and influence with is your gift. So until you discover your gift, you'll always be ruled by another human. This is why employment frustrates you. You are not here to be employed, you are here to be deployed (I.e to release everything inside you for the benefit of mankind).
You came into the world loaded with your gift and potentials, and you must deploy yourself to the world.

No one in this world wants to be dominated by another human. That is why we all hate to be controlled, ruled or instructed by a fellow human.

WE NEED TO RESTORE WHAT IS MISSING
There is something missing in every human. This is the value that must be restored back to the human race. 'Every human is supposed to be a leader. The missing link is leadership, dominion, rulership, kingship'. But your leadership can only be discovered when you identify your gifting.

The instrument of leadership you have is your gift. This is why any human you see in the world who masters their gift control the crowd. They seem to be like super stars, so we call them celebrities. But in the real sense, every human has what it takes to be a celebrity. Your gift is the secrete and key to the limelight. As long as your gift is in you, you should have no limitation in becoming a celebrity.

If you want to be valuable, refine your gift.

This discovery is what changed the course of how I live everyday, it shifted my perception and my mentality

I always say, you are a king! You are not ordinary! You are not a casual being, you are a unique being here on earth to have control over your environment and circumstances.
