Anger

Anger has you heard it. Anger is something that we usually hear about and that we usually let it to control our life's. Anger is not meant to be like that. Anger as we pronounced it also brings danger when ever we act under its influence. We must always learn to control it and learn not to let it to control us. We are more than that.

Actually there are some situation that may actually want to trigger it or even we act under the influence but no matter what, we should learn to control it and not let it to control us. The outcome is not always good or pleasant rather but we may have actually reacted before we realised the consequences.

So I am charging any one of us today, what ever we find our self, let us learn to control our temper and emotions. Don't always rush to react to everything in harsh way or in a hot temper manner. Let to be self control and cool your temper.

Because what we did to ourselves is much more than what we ask anger to do at the end.
