Greetings fellow Steeminians.
After the last week of January, we are pleased to present our management as curators of the "Millionaire Team", a function that we fulfilled with great responsibility by supporting the different dynamics and contests that promoted good content for the benefit of the community and platform.
It has been a very good period, managing to support good contests with interesting topics that surely would be driving a good amount of participation.
Below we can see the healing work done during the last week of January, where we report the performance of each day, in addition to the different users and communities that were benefited, in addition to this we leave a link to the summary sheet where all the activity generated is detailed.
Without further ado, we present the summary of what was this period of curatorship of the Millionaire Team.
During the period from 01/25/2022 to 01/31/2023, we managed to visit all active contests on the platform, among them we supported 150 publications and 39 good quality comments. . Below is a table of supported publications and comments according to the club to which the user belongs.

| My duty today was quite a great one as always, I found a good number of ended contests for adequate reward and a few new ones as well. I skipped some articles during my curation due to noncompliance with the club status, these are mostly winners in some contests. |
| Some contests would have come out so unique provided the organizers employed a unique tag that enables everyone to easily keep track of articles submitted into their contests. I hope this passes a message to the contest organizers. |

| Last week in January 2023 as Millionaires Team continues to show improvement of contest organizers and participant growth, contest organizers are continuously working to release creative and innovative contests, this is important to continue to be maintained to increase the existence of the platform and future growth of Steem. |
| From the curation statistics that I live, this week there was an increase in curation to 25 posts that I curated and added support for positive comments of 2 comments. Improved curation over the previous week with 21 posts, I've been aiming for 119% curation. |
| I tried to share SC03 votes to various accounts with diverse community backgrounds, the curation principles are still guided by the curation guide published by the Millionaires Team in the first week of January 2023. On the other hand, the percentage of votes varies greatly, for example club status, #burnsteem is a benchmark basic measure in providing support, I also distinguish support for contest organizers who give prizes in the form of Steem Power, this is important to give more appreciation because it can encourage the growth of Steem power for the winners. I love contests that are unique, informative, and creative, but providing winners with other prizes besides Booming support and community curated accounts should catch the organizer's attention. |
| Even though there has been a change in the composition of the Millionaires Team from the announcement released by the Steemit Team, my solidarity and commitment as part of the Team remains a top priority. |

| On January 27, I completed my Millionaire Team curation tasks for this month in harmony with all the lovely members, to choose the best contests held on the platform, in addition to cheering on its winners. |
| In fact, the conclusion was not at the level desired for me, because several posts, in particular contests, were not upvoted, bringing the number of curated posts to 17, including two comments. On the other hand, 10 posts not respecting the conditions of the competition were skipped, the most important of which is the lack of originality in the content, the lack of affiliation to one of our statutes or to competitions organized by a member of the millionaire team, some of them exceeding the period that allows them to be upvoted. |
| Returning to certain statistics related to the status of the club, we see that most of the publications belong to #club100, as their number reaches 9 articles, in return 3 articles for #club75, 4 articles for #club5050 and one article has NC status. |

| It has been a positive day where I had the opportunity to visit several contests, supporting those with good themes and acceptable prize pools, as well as omitting some contests that did not show depth, in addition to providing a low prize pool, such as distributing 1 Steem among the 5 winners. | I've been curating for the third week of the month. And it is a very valuable opportunity for me. I curated with heart and love. I am satisfied with the curation that I have done. I hereby assist the contest organizer. The contest can improve the quality of content in Steemit. The team consists of great and committed Steemians. I learned a lot from them. And it is an opportunity for me to continue to learn from them. |

| Today my curation started amazingly. I curate quality contest announcements, winner announcements, and winner lists too. Most of publication having club5050 status, very few I spot at club75,2 to 3 only club100 category. I curate up to 11 quality comments across different communities. |

| Happy to finish this 5th week of work, I was able to vote 28 quality publications, most of them for announcements of contest winners, but I got 10 contests with good themes and interesting for the users of the platform. It is very important that we continue to encourage communities and users to create this kind of dynamics. |
| Most of the publications were from #club5050. I was also able to vote 11 quality comments, we are getting more and more comments that are worth supporting. |
