black and white to tan skin

i paint with my tablet and photoshop, i select a black and white image and make a colorful painting ,
i used layers of brown colors to make the skin so tan .

i paint her skin in black and white and then add a layer of brown ,glazed it with brown color

i was comparing this painting that i paint it about 4 months ago with my today's work , i have good progress i guess ,
we learn by practice and time .
