baking strudel for the first time , shrimps and sheep taste

yesterday i baked some strudels , in two different tastes and two different ways,
one way i fried them in the hot oil
the other way i baked them in the microwave
and both was delicious . i used a recipe from instagram to cook this food
the second way was more healthy because of not using extra oil for frying them
i used these delicious things for my food :
i used these:
mushroom --- onion --- shrimps --- sheep meat --- tomato --- potato --- salt -- pepper --- turmeric ---
to make the dough
milk --- egg --- flour --- sugar --- salt ---
Let's Start
First I made a glass of warm milk with liquid dough and mixed it with a spoonful of sugar
I left the liquid dough for 20 minutes to cook at kitchen temperature
Mix one egg with a little salt and add the previous liquid
Gradually add to the flour to get a soft and sticky dough
Knead the dough for 15 minutes and cover it with a towel and leave it for 1 hour until it is ready and puffed.
Its volume doubles after 1 hour and it is ready to cook strudel
As you can see in the picture, I took some dough, smoothed it, put meat or shrimp ingredients in it, and fried the shrimps, and cooked the meat strudel in the microwave at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
