Risoles Isi Kentang dan Wortel(Risoles Contents Potato and Carrots)
Ingredients
10 servings
250 grams of Wheat Flour
2 tablespoons Kanji Flour
2 pieces Eggs
to taste Flour Flour
to taste salt
1 tablespoon Melted butter
to taste Water
to taste cooking oil
Material contents:
1 carrot
2 pieces of Potatoes
3 Onions Onion
2 cloves of garlic
to taste pepper
to taste salt
1/2 cup Starfruit Water
Step
- mix flour, starch, butter, salt, 1 egg whipped off, and water. Stir well so that nothing is clumped. The viscosity of the flour dough should be noted.
- Skin carrots and potatoes, diced small. Puree garlic + red pepper and salt.
Heat the oil 2 tablespoons, stir-fry the spices and add the carrots and potatoes. Saute for a while, add the water stirring constantly until dry.
- Heat the nonstick teplon, take the dough of flour sufficiently, flatten like spring rolls. Remove after dry.
- Place the contents on the edge, then fold the left and right edges inwards and roll them.
- Dip into the loosely whipped eggs after it rolls onto the flour. Heat oil over low heat, fry until browned.
