Just "I don't like Mondays" 😉

As probably many of you, I don't like Mondays. And the one of them, unfortunately, is today. Despite this, today we won't focus specifically on the day of the week, but rather on a film that is inspired by this hard day of the week. I am talking about the film directed by Tadeusz Chmielewski from 1971 - the comedy "I do not like Monday" (Nie lubię poniedziałku), which is celebrating another anniversary of its premiere today.

"I do not like monday" is a charming comedy full of errors. The thing happens on one unlucky Monday in Warsaw. The protagonist is a group - a dozen or so people whose weak and complicated tribulations are more or less intertwined with each other. However, despite Monday's bad luck in the Warsaw shown in this film, the sun is still shining ☀ The film is pleasant, fun and, above all, still valid and life-like. The movie, kept in a surreal climate, is certainly one of the best productions of Polish cinematography. This comedy is full of hilarious gags and countless tragicomic situations. It has also a great cast which consists of the stars of Polish cinema of those years - Bogdan Łazuka, Jerzy Turek, Mieczysław

It's really worth remembering, and what they have not seen tells us that they should make up for it quickly! I am sure that it will please all of you, as much as I was pleased! 😉
