STEEMCHURCH: THE FORGIVENESS

Good evening friends of steemit, today I want to share a little about forgiveness.

Ephesians 4:32
But be kind to one another, merciful, forgiving one another, as God also forgave you in Christ.

To forgive means to excuse any offense on the part of our neighbor, to overlook, forget and not to resent, it is something a little difficult for the human being but not impossible because just as God forgave all our sins even before being born and sacrificed to his only son to wash our sins we can also forgive our neighbor no matter how big the wound has been, forgiveness is based on sincere love, mainly the love of God because if we love God our Lord we will have the strength to forgive.

We are not anyone to judge so we are not the ones to ask for a reward for the damage they have done to us, we must leave everything to God, God forgave David and his grave sins, but he did not save him from the consequences, God made that David's sins were left in writing so they would know each other today.
Just as God forgives us when we commit a sin on purpose and with malice, so we must forgive our neighbor even if the person does not want to rectify and ask for forgiveness, because we should not lose our spiritual peace and our communion with God for holding a grudge. in our heart against our neighbor.

We must forgive once, before anger makes us commit another sin. Forgiveness does not mean that we are wrong and that the other person is right, it means that we have God in our hearts.

Forgiveness is like the rain that falls softly from heaven to earth, forgiveness is of great souls.

2 Chronicles 7:14
