Psalm 37: 8
Leave anger and abandon anger; do not irritate yourself, you would only do the bad.
Anger is an emotion that is expressed through resentment or irritability, its fury can lead to violence, this negative feeling can destabilize our lives and get away from our loved ones family, friends, co-workers and acquaintances in end of all our neighbors.
We must correct it as soon as possible because it can become a sin.

Although sometimes anger can be just, it must be avoided because in the middle of it we can offend our neighbor, because this leads us to evil, we must be wise the moment we feel anger because as human beings we can not avoid it, but if we can be prudent and keep quiet and then when we are calm with a fresh head, we can arrange the differences by speaking in a proper tone of voice.
The fool does not brake his tongue is not easy to control anger but it is not impossible either, we do not give room to the devil in our lives, we resist his temptations and he flee from us.
When we feel anger, we pray to the Lord to take control of our emotions, and we feel something against our neighbor. Forgive him so that this feeling comes out of our lives.

When a person is under anger we must be wise and give a gentle response, help to lower the levels of emotion, anger is destruction, we must suppress it and not let it out, it causes damage to ourselves and our neighbor and can reach us cause depression, stress, bitterness, we must confess talking to God this is a good way to vent without sin.
Bad temper is not acceptable in the life of a Christian, we must be an example for the world not to be a stumbling block for new believers and not to let satan accuse us of sinners with our actions and to commit the sin of wrath. recognize and correct it, when we overcome the bad temper we are imposing the will of God in our lives.
Anger is an emotion that has been present in humanity since its inception. The Bible shows us that the first human being who was born (Cain) was filled with anger in such a way against God and his brother (Abel) that he decided to kill his brother. From the beginning, anger has been present in people.
