Rujak Pedas, this is one of the menu choices in rujak stall in Aceh, in which there are various fruits ranging from mango, papaya, pineapple, cucumber, guava. Fruits are cut into small pieces, then mixed with spices made from peanuts, meulisan, banana, sugar, and small chili that has been processed into a spices fluid as seen in the picture above.

Rujak Pedas, inilah salah satu pilihan menu di warung rujak di Aceh, di dalamnya ada berbagai buah mulai dari mangga, pepaya, nanas, timun, jambu. Buah buahan nya dipotong kecil-kecil, lalu dicampur dengan bumbu yang terbuat dari kacang tanah, meulisan, pisang, gula, dan cabe kecil yang telah di proses menjadi cairan bumbu seperti yang terlihat pada gambar di atas.

Then there is the choice Rujak Colek, rujak colek is not much different from rujak pedas, only the fruit is more complete, and pieces of fruit is larger, with spices rujak served separately as shown in the picture.
