STEEMIT PHILIPPINES MAJOR CONTEST: My Christmas Preparations / Dec 4, 2021

Hello Steemit Friends.

I wish all of us will have a happy December and holiday season.
Last November 13th, I posted on my Daily Diary about how to make a simple Christmas Star Decor. This post, is like it's continuation. I will feature here on how we decorated our place for this holiday season.

Since our financial status is not that steady as of now and we are on a tight budget, we only bought Christmas lights, used our old Christmas Tree and almost all the rest of decors we used are DIYs. Me and my daughters, we made of course, the Christmas Star Decor.

We also made some wall decors. We printed some Christmas designs, pasted them on glitter papers and cover them with cling wrap. We really like its outcome. We also make smaller sizes and decorate our Christmas tree with them.

My husband's role was with the electronics part. he's the one in charge for setting up the connection of the Christmas lights.

Overall, we are so pleased with our team effort. Even though our Christmas decors are not that "Bonggacious" (from the word "bongga"), we really feel the Christmas spirit because we made them all by ourselves and as a family. Which for me I think is the essence of celebrating this season.

I wish all of us will have a very Merry Christmas and a better and prosperous New Year 2022.
