Actifit Updates: Fighting Abuse. Payments Sent. Week's Big Projections. Top Actifitters & More

This update represents a compilation of the recent news, updates and projections about our Actifit project, including top actifitters for the preceding voting cycle, as well as updates on our account and delegations !

Fighting Abuse

As we continue our fight against abusers of Actifit system, we had banned to date up to 130 users for various reasons, such as reports with pointless and/or plagiarized content, chains of abusers, and other causes...

Our last batch of updates was able to prevent several accounts from posting reports that do not follow Actifit standards.

Security & abuse prevention though is a continuous effort; hence why we are in the process of further implementing additional mechanisms that would make it even harder for abusers to post abusive reports in the first place, while also securing our apps further against malicious usage. An android app update is scheduled to be released this week and will include tons of cool features including additional security layers.

Please note that we are no longer notifying abusers via comments to their posts; they are getting added to the banned list that is accessible via our API

Payments Sent

Actifit had awarded almost 11 million AFIT tokens to more than 27K token holders and nearly 20K activity reports.

We had also sent out today the weekly beneficiary payments in STEEM & SBD.
A total of 42.657 STEEM & 32.569 SBD has been distributed to 293 delegators this morning.

Week's Projections

For this week, we have several key milestones planed, including:

• New Android version release: we plan to provide a major update of Actifit Android within this week. Expect some cool new features!
• Announcement of AFIT token pricing & earning methods: we plan to announce during this week our token pricing projections, along with discounted pricing model covering coming few months, as well as revealing the first mechanism we implemented (and will be releasing) for further accumulation of AFIT tokens.
• Delegating AFIT token profits plans: Since our V2 system relies on User Ranks, which are affected by how many SP the account delegates, and as many users already have a secondary account being used for Actifit, we are working on the functionality to make delegator points be available for the secondary account. We will provide an update on this once available during the week.
• Actifit Witness: We have been aiming to launch a witness for several months now based on our belief in the importance and commitment a witness provides as being part of the Steem BC. We are getting closer to make this happen, and we believe that within this week, we will be able to officially launch our own Actifit witness account.

Top Daily Actifitters

Our latest voting round included 238 activity reports. Although the number appears to be considerably lower than the norm, yet this is due to several factors including further ban activity to more abusers, early voting due to bot not taking 24 hours to fully recharge, as well as weekend effect.

As of today, we have also increased the VM being consumed by voting so as our voting sessions become more consistent in timing.

Delegation Status: 150K SP

We would like to reiterate that per our new Actifit reward system, the amount of delegated SP has a large influence over not only the daily/weekly delegation reward, but also on the amount of reward the actifitter receives on the daily post, as it constitutes a key element in User Rank.
Which is why being an Actifit delegator now has more influence on your rewards, coupled with number of accumulated AFIT tokens, total rewarded activity and recent activity.

Add to that, a key important aspect that will benefit Actifit by receiving more delegation, is the ability to claim and create more user accounts. At the moment, Actifit is claiming a max of around 7 account spots per day. This number is still small compared to the potential that Actifit has of bringing in masses to Steem BC. Simply another reason to delegate to Actifit!

Delegators share a max cap of 100K AFIT tokens according to their delegation amount, and also earn a 5% beneficiary reward from actifit posts' beneficiary earnings.

Since many ask, here we describe again an easy way to calculate your AFIT tokens for a full day of delegations:
(Your Delegated SP) * 100,000 AFIT MAX / (Actifit Account Delegated SP - without account own SP and any delegators who opted out).
So for instance if you had delegated 100 SP, your daily earnings would be around:
100 * 100,000 / 149,000 = 67.11 AFITs

When you are looking to increase your delegation, you need to use the new total amount as the delegation amount, and not only the increased amount. Otherwise only the new amount will be used, and the remaining amount will be undelegated.
