Running some Hill Repeats!

Today a 6 km run was on my plan, which mainly consisted of running up and down a few hills in the area.

With a relatively high pulse, I try to increase my strength and give my muscles a growth stimulus. Let's see if I can already feel the result on my next easier runs.




Heute war ein 6 km Lauf auf meinem Plan, der hauptsächlich daraus bestand, ein paar Hügel in der Gegend rauf- und runterzulaufen.

Bei relativ hohem Puls versuche ich dadurch meine Kraft zu steigern und meinen Muskeln einen Wachstumsreiz zu geben. Mal sehen, ob ich das Ergebnis bei meinen nächsten leichteren Läufen schon spüren kann.
