How to do a Head Stand
Headstands are a fun way to balance on your head. They take a little bit of strength and balance, but with practice, anyone can do them.
Make sure you are warmed up before you try doing headstands. It is important to make sure your neck muscles are not cold. You don't want to hurt your neck. Do some neck rolls or any of your favorite ways to warm up your neck.
Use a spotter. This is one of the most important things when starting to learn head stands. The spotter is there to catch you if you are about to fall out of the headstand in an awkward way.
The spotter should be ready to grab the hips of the person doing the head stand and guide them to their feet.
Take a look the video @acrobutterfly and I made:
*****Disclaimer: As always, when trying something new like headstands, work with someone that has been practicing them for a while. I recommend taking some yoga classes at a local yoga studio for personal tips and advice.
I do not take responsibility for anyone falling on their head or hurting them self!
Play safe! ;)
I hope you enjoyed our head stand tutorial.

Try not to spam your link to much..it can look spammy.
It is ok to post your link, but I recommend not doing it to the same person twice in one day...
You page looks good, I like the fun vibe in your posts. Maybe make each post more of a story. Add more text. People love to be apart of your story.
Thank you! It's a skill I'm always working on.

First off, nice headstand tutorial. Your story telling blogging format is really... Pure and refreshing. Trying to model that for me too. Find my unique blogging style.
