Healthy Lemon Ginger Drink
Today we are making a big batch of one of my favorite healthy drinks. This drink is not only delicious, it is packed full of vitamins and nutrients.
The ingredients are simple.
- water
- lemon
- ginger
- honey
- cayenne
This drink is great if you feel like you are getting sick, the ingredients in this drink all have healthy properties that can help boost your immune system.
This is also a drink you can have daily to help boost your overall health!
We juiced about 3/4 a pound of ginger. Ginger juice will go a long way! You don't need much to make a very potent ginger drink.
Juice or squeeze your lemons! We used 8 lemons for our big batch.
To make sure the honey mixes well;
Heat up a few ounces of water and mix the 10-12 tablespoons of honey into it.

Add a few pinches of cayenne pepper, you choose you spice level ;)
Pour your honey, lemon, cayenne, ginger mixture into a glass container then diloote it with filtered water.
Mix very well.
You may want to add more or less water, depending on how strong you want it.
