Clicked this Photo of amazing custard apples, also called Cherimoya, from my Garden. It is a native of tropical climate in the Americas and West Indies. Have a rich sweet taste and great aroma. Rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. It boosts immunity, fight inflammation, and promote eye and heart health. The vitamin B-6 improves our mental health and potassium reduces blood pressure.
