I just helped a local steemian cash out $20 in Cash after he sent me 8.87 SBD or around $22.50 so I get to make nice litle $2 profit, and after I sent SBD to Bitcoin cash using our built in blocktrades,us exchange on steemit wallet, I end up only having to pay a few cents to convert the Bitcoin Cash to USD and it was VERY quick and confirmed in just a minute! Bitcoin cash fees are VERY low and will be used by people who just cannot afford to wait 30 mins and pay $2 when they can wait 2 minutes and pay 2 cents to top up their Bitpay card! And if Ripple is added and banks let you just buy ripple (XRP) at the regular Wells Fargo or Bank of America ATM then game over for coinbase :D Imagine getting to buy Ripple at a Bank ATM or at Western Union and then sending the ripple to @bittrex or @binance to sell for Bitcoin and getting to buy Steem or EOS or whatever crypto you want from there! REMEMBER you can PINT uS Dollars but you cannot print Bitcoin so its just inevitable!Also since SBD/Steem can be traded for Bitcoin or any crypto you want, people with Steem Backed Dollars and Steem they earn on Steemit will be ought after because they have access to a steady supply of basically Bitcoin! SBD is faster AND $0 Transaction fees and can do 10,000 TX per Second while Bitcoin can only do 3 so we will see who ha the better coin for small time trades, Bitcoin cash is becoming super useful but Steem/SBD will be faster and cheaper, and we may even PAY people to make Steem Transactions, NEGATIVE fees! If BTC Lightening Network can discuss NEGATIVE fees getting PAID to make a transaction to make transactions in a batch for others, then Steem will one day do this maybe with EOS's Help! I imagine a future where kids earn crypto at the arcade, people get tokens for recycling bottles, crypto everywhere!
Real life transactions like these are beginning to be more common than usual. Soon cryptos are just an everyday thing for the masses.
