It is mam, because the old building is once used as a military camp by the Japanese during the world war 2, probably a medical camp for their wounded soldiers as well. So who knows what unseen forces is roaming around on this old building hehe.
A place is worth visiting when u have the idea of its history. You should come sometime ate :)
