End of the road for this washer cum dryer at home. An ordinary washing machine easily last more than 6 years. I was told this washer cum dryer which lasted more than 5 years is good enough. Many told me it's best to get the washer and dryer as separate machine but reality is space constraint. Too many moving parts to break. With extended warranty, I had it repair a few times already. Latest issue: cannot do the drying and the water does not drain very often. Called for service, the guy opened it up and said this is broken and that is broken and probably cost more then $600 to fix. After itemizing, he estimated more than $900 and have to take the machine back to fix before can bring it back 2 weeks later. So, goodbye Samsung. 😎

这个两用洗衣机和干衣机已经到末路了。普通洗衣机使用超过6年应该没问题。有人告诉我这两用机能用超过5年是算好了。许多人告诉我，最好是买独立洗衣机或干衣机而别买两用的.太多零件在里面就更多事情会发生。问题是家里空间有限。当时买了延长保修期，也已经修了几次。最近大问题：不能弄干衣服，水不经常排出。打电话叫人来，那家伙打开说这个坏了，那个坏了，修理费用可能超过$600。精算每项后，估计超过$900，并且必须将整台带回厂两星期。所以，别了三星。 😎
