The government is issuing 4 masks per household in Singapore. I guess somebody higher in the food chain ordered for this. I was expecting long queue as masks were all sold out everywhere but I tried my luck after news reported it was quite painless. So there I was on Monday night and I picked up these. Our army guys worked hard to pack these although someone could have done a better job with my pack.

It was a long time but I watched both of these.
i have read that these ordinary surgical masks don't do much to protect

but that the N95 mask is the pref choice for protection
leave it to gov to hand out something that.. might .. not....even..do..anything
All the mask n95 and others are all sold out.
I don't think the others does nothing. maybe less effective but still blocks accident vapour cough from someone into your face which.
The N95 may be bit more effective but it's more difficult to breathe in those too.
Can tell how much more effective it will be but yesterday we have a few cases identified which people in a shop were serving tourist from China and that's how they contracted it
even more discomforting throughout this ordeal is hearing health 'experts' insist to the public that they just don't know which mask might work, if any would work 👀🙈no doubt it's better than nothing to many

Ah yes, here in CHina all the face masks are being rationed. Everywhere is also sold out. I bought the last pack in the shop by home, such luck. I have 2 masks.
The CCP also forced all the businesses that had sold masks online to cancel the orders, refund the money and redirect the masks government agencies. They are to be used to give 2 masks to every citizen.
Unlike the way you picked yours up they will be dropped off by community volunteers to each household. Mine haven't arrived yet. Maybe they won't.
The 2 I have will have to make due. Stay careful.
Wow... they do that? No wonder my friend told me her order was cancelled. I saw most of the online orders are filled from China. Be safe..
