Leaving on a Jet Plane to India for a Summit

I'm on my way to assist my cousin with a pitch at the Happy Cities Summit 2018 being held in the city of Amaravati. The photo above was taken by me from the second floor of Terminal 3 at the airport with my iPhone 8.

Arrived early at the Changi International Airport in Singapore for a meeting with potential partners to introduce esports to Singapore and the region - with a specific focus on motorsports.

After the meeting had ended, we decided to check out the dnata Lounge in Terminal 3 - a membership benefit of a club that we belong to. It was a cosy lounge with a reasonable selection of both Easterrn and Western finger food, showers, wifi, etc. After that pit stop, we headed to our boarding gate that was close by.

On the way, we had to stop and marvel at the spectacular frontage of the Louis Vuitton retail store. Here are 2 short video snippets.

The flight was full. We arrived in Chennai. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it across. It took me a while to complete the paperwork to report the lost luggage. Got to the hotel for a night's stay before we catch our next flight to Vijayawada where the Summit will be held.

I will be posting updates on a daily basis during the Summit. I hope I get my luggage very soon. I'm really missing many essential items for the trip - clothes, toiletries, chargers, etc. I will have to go on a quick shopping expedition upon arrival in Vijayawada to replace some urgent items.

Now I need to log off and get some sleep. Good night!
