    Pros:

    • 24/7 Service Availability at the comfort of your home or anywhere as long as there's a decent internet connection you can talk to the doctors/ medical practitioner regarding your condition.
    • It can also make referrals for appointments on specialist and even therapist.
    • Prescription being sent to the pharmacy and if you are in London they do offer free delivery!

    Cons:

    • Confidentiality of information/ though the site is saying that it will secure the information we will never know when it will be hacked or something.

    On the side note:

    • I checked their About page and I was really happy when I saw that their mission is to:

    put an accessible and affordable health service in the hands of every person on earth.
    That is really something that worth commending.
