Is Ethereum Classic a pump and dump????

Ethereum classic (etc) has gone down nearly 40% since earlier today when it was at $2.60 a coin. Etc is running on old outdated software who really wants that??? I would rather hold more Steem I am done with ETH and ETC for now. I sold all my ETH and bought more Steem!
