Two Mantras Against Anxiety

Today I will share two mantras that you should recite when you feel anxious. Words can have healing powers beyond your expectations, trust me!

I have survived.
I will survive again

When you are in a stressful situation, be it due to exams, due to a relationship upset or anything else, remember that you have been in these situations before and, hey, are you not still here? And even if you personally have not been in this type of situation, countless of other people have and they are still here!

The second mantra has a similar message behind it:

It might not be okay now, but it will be okay soon enough.

Yes, a situation might seem overwhelming right now, but soon enough it will quiet down. That is how the world works. When you are young, each stressful situation seems to be impossible to solve, but as you get older you realise that all stressful situations in the end tend to solve themselves. A situation just becomes worse by worrying about it. As Bob Marley said:
Dont worry, be happy!
