If you’re looking for a pet with “magical powers,” “Pawgwarts” in Florida is definitely the place to go. Set up by Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, Pawgwarts sorts animals based on their personality instead of breed and assigns them into corresponding Hogwarts houses.
For example, pets from Hufflefluff are described as “brave, courageous, having daring nerve and being chivalrous." While those who are brave, embraces change and new things are sorted into Gryffindogs.
This new classification is not only creative, but also meaningful, as it helps people adopt animals based on their personality, rather than breed.
