The Adobo
Cebuanos (people living in Cebu City) call this pork dish, Adobo. It's basically fried pork. This picture shows a well presented adobo dish on top of flavored rice inside a bamboo!
This is from Allegro Restaurant in Maribago Blue Waters Resort, Mactan, Cebu, Philippines.
