Procedure

Saute onion and garlic. When the onion is soft, add meat. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Add water and simmer until meat is tender. Add beef broth cubes.

Add the hard vegetables like carrots.

Add leafy vegetables like cabbage.

Add the egg noodles and you're done!
