Cebu's Capitol Building - Smartphone Photography

This is the capitol building of the province of Cebu. It was built in 1937 and designed by the late famous Filipino architect Juan Marcos Arellano. It is Cebu's most iconic building and located at the heart of the city in Juana Osmeña Ave.
