CROSSOUT: NEW FACTION FOR THE FUTURE UPDATE AND AN EVENT

The fighting game of armed vehicles taking place in a post-apocalyptic universe will welcome with the 0.9.0 update a new faction named Firestarters. As a teasing, the update 0.8.50 released today will give access to an event that will obtain new equipment specific to this faction.

The Firestarters are a sect of shamans devoting a worship to fire. Appreciating spreading destruction by the latter, the faction counts in its arsenal catapults sending incendiary bombs, flamethrowers but also harpoons allowing them to capture enemies and allies as well as certain elements of environments.

With 0.8.50 update, players will have access to an event called "Hot Spot". It will collect temporary resources that can then be exchanged for equipment Frirestarters: decorative objects, equipment and of course weapons, including the harpoon. The list can be consulted here. Note that the event will end when the 0.9.0 update is released. However, this one is not dated at the moment.

Crossout is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
