Light lagers often pair well with sticky and spicy food so I don't mind a Cass or a Hite when I'm having some Korean fried chicken.

Kloud is quickly becoming a popular alternative, but it is hard to say if it has more freshness than Cass or Hite. What beer do you recommend for all of the spicy stews like Kimchi Jjigae? I usually just have mine with soju, but that's not beer.

Beer is pretty much always my drink of choice - general rule more spice = more hops so likely an IPA

Can't say much good things about Cass, we'll except for it's inexpensive and can be found just about anywhere in Seoul. Perfect for college kids and people who don't really like beer.

It is still difficult to find much better alternatives in most restaurants outside of trendy neighborhoods or at pubs.
