thank you @immarojas.
i share you all what i see
any suggestion?

I dont know much about your country ;)
I find that things normally occuring in one place are unusual in other places. these people find them interesting.

Yes, I agree with your opinion.
It is caused by different cultures.
Isn't it?

Cultures and places. Can you imagine a few of our members that havent seen a sugarcane??
Am sure we are too with a lot of stuff.

Yes it is. It is same like me who never seen wheat crops. But almost every day we consume wheat flour, although in processed form. Such as bread, noodle, cake, murtabak and others

Wheat can be found in europe and in the US.Rice probably as it's Asian.

Wow......! Europe and America both continents dream for me. I have never been there. Maybe someday. Only Malaysia and Thailand who has ever I go.

thank's for you claps

I live much too far north to grow cocoa, so it is nice to see your harvest. How many trees did it take to grow the amount in the 3rd picture?

Do you have any trouble with animals trying to get the cocoa when you are drying it? When I dry my nuts, like walnuts, in a similar way, I have to keep the squirrels from taking all my nuts. Does anything try to take your cocoa? Thanks!

Good afternoon @haphazard-hstead!
In the reality, you're too far away to plant cocoa. but you are very close to the chocolate. Such as chocolate, cookies or other processed products. because cocoa is exported to various countries in the world, perhaps also to your country.

Usually, to reach one kilogram of cocoa beans, we need 20 to 25 pods. In the field, we find one tree can produce about 30 to 50 pods.

So, we are talking about the pests. For plants, pests have always existed throughout his life. since in the nursery even until post-harvest. Squirrel becomes a problem since the cocoa crop to fruition until the harvest. Handling adapted to the kind and intensity of the attacks.

Thanks for all that information, @abiproud! Every region has such interesting local crops. We do get a lot of imported cocoa -- everyone eats too much chocolate, lol! I will really appreciate my chocolate more now, knowing that one tree is good for only about 2 kilograms of cocoa! That is a lot of land -- and work -- to bring chocolate to the world! I agree, pests are a problem for all plants that gardeners and farmers grow. Take care of those squirrels so they don't get your cocoa! They have all day, every day, to try to outwit us all! : )

ok thank you on your appreciation
see you
