HEADACHE, is the pain or discomfort of the head. It makes the body imbalance or hypoactive which can stands an upstacle from your daily activities.

Healthily, there are many different headaches like ICE PICK headache and MIGRAINE headache which is one of the most painful headaches to live with. But I want to speak frequently regarding the content.

What causes headaches primarily in our life

Anything that stimulate in a persons head or neck can develop or result to headache. But the major primary causes of my headache and with the experience I got when it happened to my sister is as follows.

STRESS: it is not a coincidence, no doubt stress is normal to anybody but obviously there are some stress that leads to the discomfort of the brain like hard labour and bricklayer work, trees
can also trigger many sickness from the body or make them worse.

JAW OR DENTAL PROBLEM: this is the cavities of tooth erosion and gum disease. Don't forget also the skull is anterior to the spinal column because is the bone structure that covers the head. So if your jaw is not in a proper position it can lead to pain which result to headache

DRUGS ABUSE: drugs abuse is not only when you take drugs without the doctor prescription, NoIn my own little points
if a doctor ask you to take a particular drug 2 per day and you went ahead to take 4, just because you want it to finish fast forgetting that each drugs carries more than 200mg. that's obviously a drugs abuse and can develop headache.

WHAT YOU DO PRIMARILY TO GET RELIEF
FROM HEADACHES

Well, this is the most difficult part of my life, because I don't like taking drugs so I have my ways treating my headache naturally. Although many medications can be used to treat headaches and a number of effective natural treatments also exist.

EXERCISE: one of the best way to reduce headaches frequency is by engaging in exercise or physical activities
I know young guys like me knows what am talking about. It help significantly to reduce migraine frequency and duration.

WARM WATER: warm water can help to reduce the tension of headache.

All you need to do is to boil your water make sure it's warmed please,
pure it in a clean bucket then use your hand towel deep it inside the warm water and squeeze it a little bit then place the towel on your forehead.

Leave it for like 1 minute before you deep another one. The illustration might be difficult but the practical is easy.Do this rapidly and and see the great change.

Sincerely if all this formula is applied you won't spend a dime to see a doctor.
But if peradventure it failed please you expected to see a doctor because it might be a sign of another sickness in body.
