Educational Methods and Tricks for Children with Special Needs

I am currently enjoying browsing with the intention of continuing my education to master's level. The master level I am interested in is a master of education for children with special needs. After searching the search engines to the post-graduate schools in Jakarta and Bandung, I only found 1, namely the University of Education Indonesia Bandung.

Shock also gets results like that, although it's been known for a long time that special needs children have not got a special place in our community, and that there is still a lot of potential for these children that we can not yet maximize. But realizing that there was still little government attention, it made my heart feel like I was missing something.

My Qiblah is indeed a developed country, from where I know that many special needs children can develop optimally with the support of the government so it does not become a burden in adulthood. I think, with the increasingly widespread news in the media about the existence of children with special needs and education for children with special needs, making the government and the community more concerned about this. Apparently not yet.

I take the positive from this, the less clear regulations and intervention from the government, the greater the opportunity of the general public to do something about it. Perhaps each of us can do something about this, at least not address the child with special needs as a "strange" child, but help them find the "gift" that God has given them, so that it can present more optimally in our midst .
