Achievement 2 @abhisek84 Task:Basic Security on Steem

Hello everyone , this is my second post regarding basic security on Steemit. My first post was about me i.e. introduction. So there were some basic questions regarding the security on Steemit which I goona answer below.

Q1. Have you retrieve all your keys on Steemit ?
Ans. -> Yes, I successfully retrieved all my keys on Steemit.

Q2. Do you know each of these keys functions and restrictions ?
Ans.-> Yes I know each of these keys functions and restrictions. I will try to define them in my own words below.

Posting key - It allows an user to perform the following things, such as - edit, comment, post, vote, resteem and follow or mute other accounts.

Active key - Transferring of funds , power up/down transactions , converting steem dollars, voting for witness, updating profile details and Avatar and and placing market order can be done via the Active key . It's most likely to be the financial key as it use for transction and all stuff.

Owner key - It's the main key or the God of all keys . Because with the use of this we can change any keys of the account including itself .It's must be kepts safe ofline in written form.

Memo key - It is used for encrypting and decrypting memos when transferring funds.

MASTER PASSWORD :- It is use to generate all other keys as well as owner keys too. We get this password while we were sigining up .It mostly used to recover account.

Q3- How do you plan to keep your master password?
Ans.- Well, I kept it in three palces . One in written form , second in screenshot form and third in digital note form.

Q4- Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Ans.- I didn't used it yet but I know the process of transferring my steem token to another steem user account. Here is the step with screenshot .

Firstly, you need to log in in your account and then click on wallet icon then this will lead us to steemit wallet section there you will find a section named STEEM , by clicking on your balance a drop down menu will appear and from there select transfer option.

After the above steps performed successfully a new page or box named Transfer to Account will be visible .There you need to fill Receiver Account name , Ammount and your memo key and then click on next .After confirmation it will transfer the ammount to receiver account.

Q5. Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
Ans.- Yes, I know how to power up my STEEM. First log in in your account then click on wallet .
By going on steemit wallet section and clicking on the stem ammount a drop down menu will appear , choose power up section from it. A new dialogue box will appear , fill up the necessary information as asked and click on power up . It will power up our STEEM as soon as we click on it . For digital view see the screen shot .
