I think Steemauto is probably the best free auto-voter at present. c-cubed is listed there (you may need to search) and I think you can vote individual accounts also.

Wow! Six days to put together what I wanted to say here @abh12345. Well, I did have a nice anniversary "gataway" with my beloved lifemate ...
With my "Chapter Two" decision to narrow my focus to spending more time with the @pifc community, tonight I decided to see how I was doing:
So ... As I've written elsewhere, I may be slow (or something ... 😉), but I usually "get there." While I have no thought of ever catching your #'s, at least I have the % distribution matching up pretty well ...
