It's just another classic case in point with regards to bid-bots controlling what appears there.
If the sum SP of the rest of the engaged community cannot flag a post to a more suitable level, then we are in a bad place.
Not sure anyone has any sp left over after delegating to all the bots, I know one that does ending in files, though as much as he tries, he can not do it alone.

That's only the count. Best to look at pool. Last check was about 40%
Since they take 40% of the pool and only 1% of the votes, this means that the people using them are not minnows, right?
I think you may find abh12345 is very good at pulling figures from the steemit repository database, he tends to know 100% what he is talking about without guessing.
