I just joined steem and I'm excited to meet everyone! I'm Abernathy!

Hello everyone!

I've heard a lot about steem from my friends and I finally decided to join up. I see lots of interesting people around here to interact with, so this should be a lot of fun!

A bit about the things I like to talk about:

Baking

It's been my all time favorite thing to do in the kitchen and the tasty rewards are even better. There is nothing nicer than serving people a fresh pie out of the oven and listening to the compliments they give as they devour it.

All the preservatives that go into the grocery store pies these days is horrible. There is nothing better than a homemade pie done right. :)

Pottery

I've just started an art class not too long ago and I've been learning how to work the clay. I've not been on the wheel yet, but it's coming up soon.

RV's, Trailers, and the Great Outdoors!

I love to go camping and to travel. The days of staying in a tent isn't for me anymore, so I've been trying the RV lifestyle in different seasons of the year and I think it is a lot of fun.

Photography

I bought a DSLR camera off a friend and haven't used it near as much as I'd like... but maybe one day when time permits and the weather is better, I would really enjoy taking a photography course. That would be made easier if I could make a few dollars to help pay for it with my blog, but time will tell.

It's going to take a while for me to meet many of you, but I'm going to try... I look forward to exchanging tips, tricks, and experiences in these subjects and more.
