Spiny Mason Wasp (Asian Black Wasp)

Another interesting wasp that was found on the leaf near the village street. The black color with yellow strips made this wasp was a bit difficult to notice beside it rarely stayed in one place. So all needed to do was to seek a chance to capture its photos but before that I had to spend a little while chasing it. Known as spiny mason wasp also calls black wasp, a species of potter wasp (Odynerus spinipes) that belongs to the family Vespidae, in the genus Odynerus.
