Recently, my brother, who is two years younger than me, celebrated another year of his life. Being the younger sibling, he holds a special place in my heart. Since childhood, even when my pocket money was limited, I always strived to give him the best possible gifts, whether homemade or purchased. Despite the small age gap of two years, we have cherished our childhood and now embrace adolescence as friends more than just brothers. We are the coolest siblings because of our unwavering bond that has lasted the entire time, and we cherish every second spent together.

I wanted to surprise him with something completely different this year. My enthusiasm quickly ran out as I made my way through busy markets crowded with people getting ready for Eid. I gave up on wearing casual clothes due to his over loaded wardrobe, in the difficulty of deciding between perfumes, college bags, sneakers, or joggers. After going to a few stores, I eventually came across some really attractive joggers. Confident in my choice, I purchased them along with a normal college wear bag, knowing he would adore it. To me, gifting someone you love goes beyond material items; it's about sharing emotions and creating lasting memories.

After wrapping the gifts and ordering a cake from a renowned bakery and wrote "Happy Birthday Haris" on it, we gave him a surprise birthday party at midnight. The looks of surprise and astonishment on his face were priceless as we wished him at exactly 12:00 am. His happiness was apparent as he smiled and accepted the kind presents, capturing the occasion in photos. I felt a sense of fulfilment and affection when I saw him head off to college with the new backpack. He is my joy, not just a piece of my heart, and giving him a present makes me very happy.
He loved it stating its the best ever joggers I could ever demand for and in return a got the finest hug from him I could have ever demanded.
