Ingredients 

Pork (neck) 220 g

Potatoes 250 g

Onion 50 g

Garlic 3 g

Vegetable oil 90 ml

Tomatoes 90 g

Seasonings, greens (dill and basil) to taste

Lay out the pork.

Fry the meat until golden brown



Cut the onions into half rings.

Cut the garlic into thin plates.

Add spices.
