Hi guys. Hope you're having a fantastic day. In order to get our minds off the Justinc saga. I've decided to make some sketches today. Or maybe to get my own mind off the whole thing. Lol. I made a sketch of a duck. A bird that has a wonderful adaptability. It can swim(has got web in his feet with a body base that looks like the base of a boat) and can fly(has got wings). Maybe we need to learn from this animal. When there's a change, we adapt and forge a suitable way to adapt for a long time. I'm not afraid of change cus of the sweet opportunities that always come with change.

I made this piece of art using ball point pens(blue and black) on an A4 paper.

Well here are the steps

I used a black pen to draw out the bare shape of the duck. Then started making the eyes, shaded the head a bit and then its unique beak.

I started shading the feathers around the neck and chest

I started shading its wings and feathers around back

$tep 3

I used the blue ink pen to shade some feathers on the wings so as to add more life to it. I'm a big fan of multiple color arts tho but i love monochrome too😂. Then I shaded the legs with the black ink pen.
